There are many classes of membership of Henley Sailing Club including:

Full member
Spouse/Partner of full member
Student member(under 26 years)
Junior member(under 18 years)
Family membership(one couple plus any children under 18 years)

The membership year runs for twelve months from 1st February. Members joining after 1st September in any year are not required to pay the subscription the following year.

Applications for membership must be supported by a proposer and seconder, both of whom must be full members of the Club. Completed forms should be delivered to the Honorary Secretary together with the appropriate entrance fee if applicable.

The rules of the Club require applications for membership to be posted on the Club noticeboard for a period of fourteen days following which they will be brought before the next Committee meeting for formal election. Following election the appropriate subscription becomes due.

It is best to make an appointment with one of the Flag Officers who will then be available to greet you and answer all your questions on your initial visit.
